Finding the Floor - A thoughtful approach to midlife motherhood and what comes next.
Listen to stories told by Camille Johnson as she reflects on her life raising a family of 5 kids, being happily married for 22 years, and finding the joy and laughter of it all. She has been trying to find the floor to her kids' rooms for a while and gets a peek about once a week. Come listen as she shares her journey of finding her floor both literally and figuratively as she contemplates, life, love, cleaning, pets, books, remodeling, being a taxi driver, finding wholeness, living as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and figuring out what she finally wants to be when she grows up. If this podcasting becomes a thing well maybe this is it. Thanks for listening!

Ep. 197 - Respect, trust and confidence
“Happy day! All is well!” This is the last in the series using the book, The The Parent’s Tao Te Ching: A New Interpretation - Ancient advice for modern parents by William Martin. This episode I share 3 new passages. With topics like, Respect, trust and confidence as a parent. So many great thoughts - working on using respect and kindness when you children behave or misbehave. I talked about remembering that we are all part of the Tao and that all is well. I also share the lyrics to the Hymn, Come, come ye Saints. Then I discuss confidence in making decisions, that an answer will come to you when you need them. So many really good things to ponder and work on. Also a reminder I will be taking a break for the next two weeks, and will be back with new content in November.
