 “Exercise has been described as the miracle drug.”  This week I share another thing that I love, exercise.  I share a bit about how much I loved it when I was young and reflect on how that changed as I became an adult.  I love how there are also so many different ways to move your body that you can find something that you like.  I also share all the fabulous benefits of exercise, on the brain and the body.  One of the great benefits I mention is better mental health and all the happy hormones that are released when you exercise.  I share that even though I began exercising as an adult to lose weight, it has grown to this love because of how it helps me feel so much better each day.
